What matters most as a founder?
I was watching an interview with Airbnb founder Brian Chesky, and he says a founder and a CEO are different — that a CEO has to be good at the details. I feel like I'm more of a big-picture person than a details person. How should I deal with that?
I watched that interview too, and it's less about being naturally good at the details — it's more that you get trained into it. You're not like that as a founder, but you grow into it as a CEO through training. And in the AI era, he says you can dig into everything on your own with AI, so I'd just make good use of AI for that.
