Observing and recording
recurring patterns
A personal research studio that looks at patterns repeating through data, technology, finance, consumption, and urban life.
Pattern Studio — a data pattern observatory
Pattern Studio is a personal research space for observing and interpreting recurring patterns in data, technology, finance, consumption, and urban life.
Here we record specific data, visualisations, and experimental analyses that are hard to cover on Brunch. Rather than simply showing numbers, we look at how people behave and choose — and explore the insights that connect to everyday life and business.
Topics span stablecoins, AI, platform business, urban data, consumption patterns, and everyday signals like running and weather. Rather than grand predictions, we follow the question: "Why does this keep repeating?" — grounded in real data and lived experience.
We also run interactive spaces so you can go beyond reading. In Q&A Hub you can query Han River park visitor, weather, and parking data in plain language. In USDT Lab you can create a wallet and test how stablecoin transfers actually work.
What we cover
Stablecoin & Crypto
USDT · USDC · RWA · crypto payment rails · regulation and real-world use cases. Curated weekly on Brunch and Medium.
↗ № 02 Data LabCities, weather, and people
Visualising and finding patterns in urban, weather, mobility, and consumption data. Han River RTI, visitor and runner trends, delivery patterns.
↗ № 03 AI CreatorTurning everyday moments into content
Making music with AI, drawing scenes, writing short poems. Documenting a coffee at the office, a city at night.
↗How we work
Pattern Studio is a place to observe, experiment, and record — rather than presenting finished answers.
Through one article, one chart, one dataset, we capture the flows we usually walk past. And we explore how those flows connect to our work, business, and the choices we make every day.
